The BC Paraplegic Foundation (BCPF) provides bursaries to individuals with a spinal cord injury to support them with their post-secondary education. Awards vary in amounts up to $3,000.
The application process for the 2013 Bursaries is now closed.
The application deadline for the 2013 competition was May 24th. The review process is now underway. It is expected that the results will be announced in July 2013. Only applicants who meet the criteria and submitted complete application packages will be considered.
Stay tuned for announcements regarding the 2014 competition, which is expected to be open until late May 2014. In the meantime, you can review the 2013 application form in order to gain an understanding of what is involved in the application process.

The Canadian Paraplegic Association offers a number of national scholarship opportunities for students with spinal cord injury.

University of Victoria
In-Course scholarships, medals and prizes administered by Student Awards and Financial Aid are available to undergraduate students who have attended the University of Victoria in the previous academic year.

An award of $1250 is given annually to a student with a permanent mobility related disability.
