Support SCI BC’s mission to help people with a spinal cord injury (or related physical disability), and their family, adjust, adapt and thrive in their new lives. The services SCI BC offers the region’s SCI community have proven to be invaluable, but sadly SCI BC’s work is never done. In the next year another 300 to 500 British Columbians will suffer a spinal cord injury – either through a traumatic accident or non-traumatic means, such as from infection or cancer.

Being in a wheelchair certainly has its rough patches, but I’ve learned from SCI BC that life can still be a lot of fun and totally rewarding. I’ve come a long way, thanks to SCI BC.
