Share and Share alikeGroup Sessions are gatherings of people with SCI who want to share common experiences, situations, or problems and to offer each other emotional and practical support. These sessions give people the opportunity to develop friendships and build social networks. Participation and support in SCI BC group sessions can lead to a greater improvement in general well-being, greater coping skills, and overall well-being.
