Parks, RCH, shops and restaurants, transit (bus and Skytrain) located steps from our door. Easy Hwy 1 access via Brunette. Building was built in 1988 and has had a recent building envelope exterior renovation.

Building features secure parking, storage lockers, community garden plots, workshop, common room & kitchen for member use. We are a non-smoking property.

This unit features a unique layout to provide ease to those with mobility concerns. ***Please note, the Membership Committee is committed to finding a suitable applicant in need of an accessible unit. If you are not in need of a wheelchair accessible unit, you are welcome to apply to be added to our waitlist for a standard unit. Subsidy is available to those who qualify. BC Housing dictates qualifications for subsidy and more information can be found on their website.

The unit includes 2 good sized bedrooms with ample closet space, a large bathroom with grab-bars and a bathtub, in-suite laundry, low-pile carpets throughout, a kitchen with lower counter-tops, a wall oven, new fridge and dishwasher, and a good sized balcony.

2 pets allowed per unit. Dogs must be under 50lbs and 15″ tall at the shoulder and all pets must be on a vet approved flea-treatment program.

Successful applicants will have a clear understanding of co-op values and responsibilities, have volunteer experience and a willingness to dedicate time and energy into working collaboratively with our members to keep the co-op in good working order. We require a minimum of 8 hours of availability for volunteer hours within the co-op per month and members must have the ability to take initiative to find where their skills and abilities will be of best use within our community. The affordable housing charge does come with this caveat. Active member participation is what keeps our housing costs down. Application is to be submitted via mail to Coho Property Management along with a $40 application fee. Applications will be reviewed by our committee and applicants deemed a good fit will be contacted for an in-person interview. Please do not drop off applications in person to the Co-op. All applications must be received by our property management company.
