KFC employer is looking to hire full time and permanent workers for the positions of Assistant Restaurant Manager. at their three locations in Metro town at Metropolis in Burnaby, Tsawwassen Mills Mall in Delta and in the city of Cloverdale in British Columbia The person should have some Higher Secondary Education along with relevant minimum 2 years of work experience and passion to succeed in food service industry.

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant.

• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.

• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.

• Control inventory monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
