Terms of employment

Wage:  $40.87 to $43.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Hours:  30 to 40 hours / week

Benefit:  4% Vacation pay

Requirement

  1. Excellent communication skills in English
  2. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business administration, finance or administrative services 

Duties

  1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of administrative service
  2. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of accounting service
  3. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  4. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources and other administrative services
