This role is key for CWB Trust Services & our clients. Working in our Vancouver office, the Client Services Officer will work in our call centre environment promoting CWB Trust Services products and services, supporting clients with questions and identifying needs. All while providing the stellar service we are known for.
- Handle customer calls, e-mails and faxes in an efficient and timely manner
- Promote CWT products and services by identifying customer needs
- Support the call centers vision, mission and objectives
- Achieve both team and individual performance goals
- Focus on first call resolution by carefully analyzing member information, providing solutions and exceptional service to clients in an effort to assist in their needs
- Ensure internal and external client satisfaction by handling their concerns or objections by resolving and properly raising issues if required
- Establish strong customer relations with both internal and external customers
- Work on special callout projects as assigned
Tools in your toolbox
One or more year(s) experience working in a bank, trust or call center
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Strong follow-up skills complemented by a solid dedication to customer happiness
Flexibility and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
Sound knowledge and practice of Microsoft office programs
