Job Duties
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Maintain inventory and records of ingredients, supplies and equipment
– Order ingredients, supplies and equipment as needed
– Supervise other staff and helpers in the kitchen
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment (kitchen and work area)
