Wage: $18 – 19 per hour
Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay
Main duties
- As all members at our kitchen are involved in menu innovation, optimization of operations, and joining together to bring a better food and service
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food;
- Manage inventory of food items and beverages;
- In charge of preparing food equipment for service;
- Maintain the quality of our food, kitchen staff and helpers, and clean kitchen and work areas
- Fill in or assist the head chef.
Employment Requirements
- Completion of Secondary School
- at least 1~7 months of work experience in cooking
- Working as a team to ensure food quality during the fast-paced kitchen environment.
