Benefit: 4% of gross salary requirements
Job Description:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staffs
- Order ingredients (fishes, vegetable, drinks for sales etc,) and supplies required for sales the Japanese food
- Train staffs in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure all processes and procedures at the restaurant are followed and implemented
Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Required +2 years of experiences in food preparation or service
- Preferred experiences in sushi restaurant
