Vacancy:  1 Administrative Manager

Salary:  $35.00 to $40.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment:

Permanent, Part-Time to Full-Time position available (7~40 hr/week) *We are able to accommodate individual needs of physically disabled workers as required. (i.e. frequent or longer break time, place to rest, ramp installation and limited assignment of duties)    

Benefit: 4 % vacation pay

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements

  • Language: English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience is required

Job Duties

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
  • evaluating administrative services
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
