Wage:  $25.00 per hour

Working hours:  30 – 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment:  Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date:  As soon as possible

Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacations or 4% of vacation pay

Job Description:

  • Answer phone and relay calls and messages
  • Manage contracts
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Supervise office workers and manage the guides’ schedules
  • Plan and organize daily operations, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • Greet clients and direct them to the right departments
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents related in tour programs


  • Successfully completed at least secondary education required
  • Required at least +1 years of previous clerical experience is required
