Hansem Travel Ltd. in Coquitlam in BC is currently looking for a permanent and full-time office administrative assistant to join our team.

Position: Office administrative assistant

Position available: 2

Wage: C$24.00 – C$26.00

Working hour: 30-40 hours per week

Type: Permanent and full-time

Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay

Location: Unit K – 341 North Rd, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3K 3V8

Main Job Duties:

– Assist in planning and developing the current and future tour programs

– Support our teams’ meetings with business partners to go smoothly

– Seek out new business suppliers (Agencies in Tourism Industry, schools, tour providers, ‘social venues’ and etc.)

– Support CEO’s documentation works to negotiate contracts with suppliers overseas

– Make sure all travel arrangements run according to the plan

– Record and report issues that may require follow-up the tour

– Support all staff members by prioritizing and responding promptly to requests

Job Requirements:

– Completion of secondary school is required.

– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency or clerk is required.

– Language of work: English
