This simple and healthy nobake oatmeal protein energy bites recipe is perfect for easy snacking on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  3. Cover & place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then Serve!
