This simple and healthy no–bake oatmeal protein energy bites recipe is perfect for easy snacking on-the-go!
- 1 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
- Cover & place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then Serve!
