Breakfast for Dinner

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 stems of kale, tough bottoms removed
  • ½ Banana
  • 2-3 medium sized strawberries
  • ⅓ cup of blueberries
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • 1 scoop of green powder (optional)
  • ½ cup of carrot juice OR ½ cup of almond milk
  • ½ an apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp of Flax seeds (ground is best)
  • 1 Tbsp of Chia seeds (ground is best)
  • 1 tsp Flax oil
  • ½-1 cup water

Directions

1. Remove tough kale stems.

2. Chop an apple.

3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
