Breakfast for Dinner
- 2 stems of kale, tough bottoms removed
- ½ Banana
- 2-3 medium sized strawberries
- ⅓ cup of blueberries
- 1 tsp of almond butter
- 1 scoop of green powder (optional)
- ½ cup of carrot juice OR ½ cup of almond milk
- ½ an apple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp of Flax seeds (ground is best)
- 1 Tbsp of Chia seeds (ground is best)
- 1 tsp Flax oil
- ½-1 cup water
Rise and Dine Smoothie
1. Remove tough kale stems.
2. Chop an apple.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
