BC Hydro’s fast charging station guidelines are based on what they have learned about selecting driver-friendly site locations, and designing and operating EV fast charging stations. Although these guidelines are not intended as industry standards, they can help you avoid some of the challenges faced by others.
These guidelines include information about making charging stations accessible to people with disabilities, which you can share with those in your community who are installing charging stations (see page 16 for an overview).
