Event Details

Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced cyclist, we’ve got you covered!

Do you want to try adaptive cycling, but don’t know where to start? Attend an Adaptive Bike Clinic & Ride (ABC+)! Learn basic cycling skills, go on a guided ride and try out a handcycle, recumbent or upright trike that works for you. Join us at 11:30 am to get started.

Do you own a handcycle or adaptive bike and would like to connect with other cycling enthusiasts? Go on a Club BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike) Group Ride! Come along for a group ride along the scenic Richmond Dyke Trail. Join other experienced cyclists at Garry Point Park (12011 7th Ave) for a ride along a level gravel path. The group ride starts at 1 pm.

Please RSVP to Emma at peerprogram@sci-bc.ca.
