The Road Ahead Education Session: Summer Recreation Opportunities

Grow older and wiser with The Road Ahead Education Series! Aging with SCI isn’t about slowing down, it’s about steering forward.

Looking to make the most of summer? Join us for a webinar all about recreation opportunities for people living and aging with SCI and other physical disabilities. We’ll explore a range of accessible activities, from outdoor adventures to community programs, and share tips on how to stay active and find what works for you. We’ll also touch on considerations, such including energy levels, changing abilities and ways to adapt activities so you can keep doing what you enjoy.

This session will be led by SCI BC Peer Support Specialist Duncan Campbell, who has been living with SCI for over 50 years.
