The other is written by the Canadian Human Rights Commission, and outlines the frequently asked questions relating to the Duty to Accommodate. It provides an explanation of the Duty to Accommodate and its applications as well as examples of accommodations. Although this is an older document, it is still a useful resource for employers and employees.
