ASK AN EXPERT Rethink Medication Management with MedManageSCI: A Toolkit for Medication Self-Management for Adults with SCI

MedManageSCI is a comprehensive web-based toolkit to support medication management for the spinal cord injury/dysfunction (SCI/D) community. It was co-developed by researchers, adults with SCI/D, care partners and healthcare providers from across Canada. MedManageSCI is now live and the team is looking for feedback! They will share how the toolkit was created, what it contains and how you can get involved.
