Bring snacks, water, a lunch, and a fishing license if you have one (Freshwater license for Persons with Disabilities can be found online: Angling Licence Fee Reduction Program for B.C. residents with disabilities) However, a license is not necessary. Also, appropriate clothing for the weather, and an umbrella for rain or shine.

We modify all movements for each individual to challenge balance, strength and endurance in a way that protects the shoulder joint. Come join us!
