Participate in a fun Vancouver tradition by joining a group of SCI peers for the 40th annual Vancouver Sun Run! Wheel, handcycle (e-assist allowed) or run the race. We will go out in the final, non-competitive, blue group. Or come the day of to cheer on the racers!

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Note: The deadline to register is 12 pm (noon) on April 18. As SCI BC members are entering a team in the Vancouver Sun Run, the cost of entry for individuals is $64.

- Select YES to ARE YOU A WHEELCHAIR OR HANDCRANK PARTICIPANT?
- Select BLUE as estimated finish time (it’s the last category and non-competitive)
ROUTE

The route climbs along Beach Ave to Pacific and over the Burrard bridge which has a better incline.
There is another slight incline on West 6th, which is the steepest part of the course, from Ontario to Quebec. From this point, it is all downhill to the finish line.
PARKING
Pacific Centre is located close to the finish and has a few entrance points, but the vehicle height is limited to 6’6”. The other parkade that is halfway between the Finish and the start line is Telus garden located off Richards street and will be easy to access on Race Day. It also has a much higher ceiling height at 7’6”.
