BC Bus North is the replacement bus service in Northern BC since Greyhound discontinued its service; the replacement service started in 2018.
As of March 2020, BC Bus North is now wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users cannot use the online booking form, but must call to book at least 72 hours in advance.
Wheelchair users who wish to travel in Northern BC can also use the Northern Health Connections bus, even without having a medical appointment. The Northern Health bus coaches have a wheelchair lift and an accessible on-board washroom.
