Choose to Move is a free program for anyone 65 years and older who would like to become more active.
You work with a trained activity coach who helps you develop a plan made just for you. When it gets tough, you will have the support from your coach and a group of other seniors, who, just like you, are making a choice for health– they are choosing to move. You choose the activities you want to do and your coach helps you find ways to adapt them to your lifestyle and physical ability.
