This is a list of organizations that may be able to fund equipment purchases for families who are not on an extended medical plan or have expenses that are not covered by their plan. Many, but not all, of these are income-tested. Each one has specific eligibility criteria. You will need to contact each program to find out whether your family will qualify.
Most, if not all, will require a prescription from a medical professional, usually an Occupational Therapist.
You can also try applying to local service clubs, such as the Lions or Rotary. Call us for more information about clubs in your area or use the links to search for one close to you.
