Developed by the City of Ottawa, the Equity and Inclusion Lens is an important tool to support the work of Ottawa City staff, management and Council in all aspects of running a city and interacting with residents. The main document provides an overview of a number of groups to be considered in policy development and service provision, while the second document provides a more in-depth focus for people with disabilities.
These documents are an excellent starting point for increasing access and inclusion in any organization.
