If you don’t see an agency listed for your community, call the InfoLine at 1 800 689-2477 or search for “home support” or “homecare” + “agencies” + your community name. You can also search Support Worker Central, listed at the end of this post, for individuals providing these services. Make sure, no matter which agency you decide to go with, that you are comfortable with the staff and have asked lots of questions before you agree to anything.
You should also contact your local health authority to determine if you qualify for publicly funded home support.
