Lookout Society is a charitable organization and social safety net that provides housing and a range of support services to adults with low or no income who have few, if any, housing or support options. Their Yukon Housing Centre has wheelchair accessible rooms and facilities for wheelchair users who are homeless.
They also have transitional and permanent housing in several Lower Mainland buildings, some of which have accessible units. See the website for application information.
