Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence (PISE) has many programs that provide physical activity options for a person with mobility limitations, including Adapted Strength and Conditioning classes with one-on-one assistance, Adapted High Intensity Interval Training (AHIIT) classes for those looking to kick up the intensity and Personal Conditioning packages with an Adapted Strength and Conditioning Specialist. These classes occur within PISE’s fully accessible Fitness Centre and Movement Studio fitted with adapted equipment and creative use of traditional gym machines. Child and youth programs also available.
