Self Management BC

Self Management BC has workshops across BC and online for learning about and managing chronic diseases and chronic pain. While the programs are not SCI-specific, they can be very helpful in learning how to navigate pain, fatigue, expectations, conversations with family, etc.

The workshops are useful for adults of any age, as well as family and friends. Interactive health and educational workshops offer the skills, confidence and tools to help stay healthy. The workshops are given in groups of 8 to 15 people who meet for 2.5 hours per week for 6 consecutive weeks, and are offered throughout BC and online.
