Exercise post-injury is important to staying healthy and can have some additional positive effects on recovery of movement. Treadmill therapy is one option being studied and practiced in many places around North America.

The PARC gym is specifically set up for people with spinal cord injury. While they do not have a Lokomat or treadmill available at present, they have many other pieces of accessible equipment to try.
