Have you been weight-ing for the right time to workout? Join SCI BC at the Guildford Recreation Centre for a free swim or workout.

The amazing Guildford Recreation Centre has all your needs covered.  With an accessible pool, adaptive fitness equipment, 1/8 mile indoor track and a café to relax and socialize. We will meet at the café on the second floor outside the library. Whether you’re a seasoned gym rat or a complete beginner, we hope to see you there!
