Sophie has a great passion for communications and particularly enjoys social media, graphic design and video work. Her interest stemmed during university, in which she completed her BA in Communications with a minor in Print and Digital Publishing from Simon Fraser University. After graduation, Sophie went on to work in a post-secondary institution in a communications role that further sharpened her skills and passion for communications. At SCI BC, Sophie assists with communications and marketing efforts, including managing SCI BC’s social media, website and newsletters. She looks forward to using her education, experience and skills to reach more people in the SCI community.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys listening to music, playing video games and watching comedy TV shows or movies at home. During the weekends, you will probably find Sophie at restaurants or bubble tea shops with good company from her friends and family.
