Philanthropy has always held a meaningful place in Charlotte’s life. Raised in a family that valued compassion, education, and giving back, she developed an early passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections in her community. This passion has shaped her path in the nonprofit sector, where she brings both heart and strategy to her work.
Charlotte holds an MBA in Healthcare Leadership & Nonprofit Organizations from the University of Victoria, and brings a strong foundation in donor engagement, fundraising strategy, grant writing, and nonprofit initiatives. She blends a deep commitment to healthcare equity with proven strengths in project management, donor stewardship, and stakeholder collaboration. Charlotte is particularly skilled in managing campaigns, streamlining operations, and producing compelling impact communications. Her data-informed, relationship-centered approach helps build programs that are both efficient and meaningful.
She is thrilled to serve as the Philanthropy Coordinator at Spinal Cord Injury BC, where she looks forward to applying her experience and enthusiasm to support the organization’s mission and amplify the voices of individuals living with spinal cord injuries.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys swimming, hiking, photography, reading, music—whether it’s listening to her favorite artists or playing for relaxation—and baking when she’s in the mood to slow down and unwind. She finds joy in small creative projects and cherishes time spent with her loved ones exploring Vancouver’s rich cultural and natural beauty.
