The Federal Excise Gasoline Tax Refund Program allows people with disabilities to claim a refund of part of the excise tax on gasoline. To qualify for a refund the gasoline you purchase must be for your use and not for resale. You may also wish to apply for the Provincial Fuel Tax Rebate Program.
