Leisure Access Cards allow Vancouver residents who are in financial need to access basic recreation programs at Park Board facilities at no or reduced cost.
The Leisure Access Card is accepted at all Park Board pools and rinks. Many community centres will also accept the Leisure Access Card for their fitness centres and programs. If you are unable to participate in recreation programs because of limited income or financial resources, contact a community centre near you to discuss your options.
