Spinal Cord Injury BC’s annual Vancouver Summer BBQ returns to Jericho Beach! Join us for BBQ, yard games, and great company with SCI BC peers. Bring your family and friends!
ACTIVITIES & ADAPTIVE RECREATION
- Sportability – Boccia Demo and Try-It
- BC Wheelchair Sports Association – Seated Throws Demo and Try-It
- West Point Cycles – Adaptive cycling info, equipment sales & maintenance program, and simple technical support onsite
- Water Wheelchair – Water wheelchair available at the Jericho Beach concession.
GETTING THERE
- Parking: Paid parking (including accessible spots) is available in the lot just off Point Grey Road, and off Discovery Street by the Jericho Beach Kayak Centre. Rate: $4.16/hour.
- Transit: Bus stops are located on W 4th Avenue. ~400m from BBQ location. A group Handy Dart reservation with pick up at Main Street Science World Skytrain Station is available and must be booked through the RSVP by July 21.
