SCI.Help is a comprehensive site from the US with sections for people who are newly injured, aging with SCI, medical research, lived experience and daily personal care guides, and much more. There is an interactive forum to meet others with similar experiences. Be aware that many of the guides, such as financial or health navigation topics, are specific to the US.
There is also a searchable database of all SCI BC videos, where you can find the exact moment in a video where the topic you are looking for is mentioned. This includes a direct link to that section of video and a transcript.
