This application is for a temporary permit to use the handyDART service in Metro Vancouver. Applicants are encouraged to use other forms of transit where appropriate. Eligible users are defined as persons who have either a temporary or permanent, physical or cognitive disability that is sufficiently severe that they are unable to use conventional transit service. Applicants must be at least 12 years old.
